We would like to announce the launching of a new academic journal – Computational Methods in Social Sciences (CMSS) – whose first issue was published in June 2013.
CMSS is a biannual, open access journal, which publishes articles subsequent to a thorough peer review process by an international scientific committee made up of specialists in the domain.
This journal comprises articles on IT, statistics, econometrics, and quantitative analysis applied in social sciences.
We hereby announce an open call for papers. Interested authors are kindly asked to consult guidelines for authors on: http://cmss.univnt.ro.
Recommended topics (which are, however, not limited to the ones we include here) are as follows: modeling and simulation in social sciences, computational economics, quantitative methods and their application in social sciences, spatial statistics, softs for data statistical processing, social network analyses, data bases (full list is available at: http://cmss.univnt.ro/topics/).
CMSS has an ISSN: ISSN 2344-1232 and it is indexed in the following international data bases: RePEc, DOAJ, IndexCopernicus, Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek. Furthermore, the journal is subject to indexation by Cabell’s Directory.
