The purpose of the annual international scientific conference on “eLearning and software for education” is to enable the academia, research and corporate entities to boost the potential of the technology enhanced learning environments, by providing a forum for exchange of ideas, research outcomes, business case and technical achievements.
The central theme of eLSE 2015 is “Rethinking education by leveraging the eLearning pillar of the Digital Agenda for Europe”.

After the conference, selected papers will be invited for a special issue of the Journal of Computational Science (Impact Factor 1.567 http://www.journals.elsevier.com/journal-of-computational-science/).
The ICCS conference is the prime annual event in Computational Science. This interdisciplinary conference on modelling and simulation of real-world phenomena will draw academic and industry leaders from all relevant fields. ICCS intends to provide a forum to disseminate world-leading research in the field of Computational Science and in particular to highlight the role which modelling and simulation plays in future scientific discovery.
The submitted paper must be camera-ready, in English, and formatted according to the rules of Procedia Computer Science, not exceeding 10 pages. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper.

Publication Opportunities
Qualified papers will be published in the EBES journals (Eurasian Business Review and Eurasian Economic Review). EBES journals are published by Springer and indexed in the Cabell’s Directory, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, RePEc, EBSCO Business Source Complete, ProQuest ABI/Inform, IBSS: International Bibliography of the Social Sciences, and EconLit.
Interested EBES 2015 Conferences participants can also resubmit their full papers for the EBES 2015 Anthology (has an ISBN number) which is published annually and includes papers presented in the EBES 2015 Conferences.
Also all accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Program and the Abstract Book (with an ISBN number). It will be distributed to all conference participants at the Conference. Although submitting full papers are not required, all the submitted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings CD. After the conference, participants will also have the opportunity to send their paper to be published in the Springer’s series Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics.
This will also be sent to Thomson Reuters in order to be reviewed for coverage in its Conference Proceedings Citation Index. Please note that the 10th EBES Conference Proceedings and 11th EBES Conference Proceedings have been accepted for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index. Subsequent conference proceedings are under evaluation.
